Refund & Return Policy

At Panchamrit Herbs, we take immense pride in the quality and efficacy of our premium Ayurvedic products like Shudhayu Amrit and Diab-Aid. Your satisfaction and health are our top priorities.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the consumable, health, and hygiene nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Item: If the bottle is broken, leaked, or damaged during transit.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Time Frame: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

*Note: We do not accept returns for opened bottles or if you simply change your mind after the purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp at +91-7417811883.
  • Provide your Order ID and a clear unboxing video or photographs of the damaged/wrong product.
  • Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with instructions.

3. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details or UPI ID for the transfer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
